In addition to the participation in many big projects such as Son My Industrial Park, Ascendas Protrade Singapore Industrial Park, Ho Tram Complex Tourist Area Project, Hanoi - Hai Phong highway project, most recently, M.I.International continues to contribute capital to the development project of the famous and large-scale Tay Ho Tay New Urban Area in the Capital
New urban area project is on an area of 208ha. This urban area will be developed into a high-class community with villas of about 200-400m2 each, the main commercial area including the International Financial Center, shopping and entertainment area combined with the green trees create a space suitable for technical and social infrastructure architecture.
M.I.International continues to contribute capital to the development project of the famous and large-scale Tay Ho Tay New Urban Area in the Capital.
This project was awarded the investment certificate at the conference "Hanoi 2020 - Cooperation, investment, development", taking place at the end of June 2020, but is counted for the investment attraction result of July 2020.
At the project, M.I.I not only stands in the name of contributing capital but also performs a number of other services such as: Providing 1/500 master plan, basic design, detailed design, bidding documents and appraisal services.
The apartments in the project are luxuriously furnished with typical Korean style, can be lived in immediately or ready to be rented to foreigners to bring high investment value.
It can be said that the success of each stage of completing this Tay Ho Tay New Urban Area project cannot fail to mention the positive contributions of M.I.International.
