Lach Huyen port is the first piloting PPP project between the Governments of Vietnam and Japan. It aims to respond to the growth of demand in cargo volume as well as the increase of larger vessels in the maritime transportation market.

The construction project of Lach Huyen port infrastructure plays an essential role for the development program of Dinh Vu - Cat Hai economic zone with the goal of connecting Lach Huyen international port and Nam Dinh Vu eco
